what federal government are you talking about :? TFG is a transitional government with no permanent federal constitution!!
Puntland signed these deals way before there was a TFG and the deal will be in place well after the TFG!

Abdalla which tribe will get 55%. Is it Warsangeli, Is it Dhulbahante. Because in my history class I learned Puntland has many tribes and no tribe allows to get a dim other tribes from their region.

Either I am damn crazy ass-hole, or just this video informed us alot of bloodshed is coming on the way...
Now you're just begging me to talk to the PIA about your links to
terrorists.

abdllahi yusuf tried to contact oil company in 2002 but was not successful and there was no TFG in southren somalia so the oil company did not know who had the legitimacy to sell the oil to them.

now there is TFG.

sxb TFG can't even controll Villa muqdisho what makes you think they have any say on Puntland matters? We both know the TFG is nothing but a paper goverment, they would sign anything of in return for 100thousand G's under the table you know...And that is how Puntland deals with them. They demand 50% we throw few hundreds under the table and make them shut up. 8-)

LOL here's a link. Liibaan Muuse Boqor, who's a Puntlander and a manager at Rang resources, gave a fully explanation to the BBC. PL will get 10% as a royalty, the remaining 90% will be split 50-50, so PL gets 45%+10%=55%

Listen from minute 8.35 http://www.bbc.co.uk/somali/ganacsi/201 ... ness.shtml

So where's your rpove that TFG gets 24%, PL gets 25% and the companies get the remaining 51%?
