A system needs to be made which can be trusted by the people. I can't believe 4.5 is acceptable. At least make it 5.

You are kidding yourself if you think most of Somalia is not sitting on oil or gas or uranium. But even if they started drilling in Dhusamareeb that would have zero effect on my life in London. Either way it is high time we got ourselves out of the mess we're in but then again you are a troll so I am sure you have nothing valuable to contribute to the topic.

It wont happen, atleast not in our lifetime.
Reconciliation and forgiveness is postponed by another 80 years.

Only if we pretend that we don't have a problem or expect it to go away on its own. Someone suggested the 2 house system like there is in the UK. The house of lords and the house of commons type of situation. Where the clan of elders hold a ceremonial post which then ensures everyone feels well represented, any clan issues are raised and resolved there and the house of commons which would be the MPs and the elected leaders.

I think that could work Or is it just legitimising everything that's wrong with Somalia?
