Regular Muslims should read the qur'an and reflect upon it, but to interpret it is like to have a degree in Islamic eschatology, it's not a text book, it's a divine book which holds the keys to explain all problems and matters in this world.union wrote:
So only special people can interpret the quran? If everyday Muslims are not allowed to read the quran and come to their own conclusions, then that's a problem.
The way that fool Dr Yaxalow interpreted it is very dangerous, to say Allah promotes secularism (God forbid) is a sin, since Allah does not, rather Allah the Exalted , encourages to be obedient to him, to remember him, to always ask him if your having problems, to call on his name (i.e Alxamdulilah,Subxanallah etc) in times of trouble, and the most of them all, to worship him constantly.
Now compare to what i wrote above, to the definition of Secularism.
Secularism: a doctrine that rejects religion and religious considerations.

To say we live in a secular civilization is to say that God is no longer inescapable.
Amazingly the translation of the word Secular in arabic translates Aalimaani, or almaniyya which originally comes from the word alam, which means Worldy, my opinion that it means One who dwells in the Dunya , and does not care about his fate in the Hereafter. Allah 3azawajal is clearly against secularism as it rejects religion and its laws, which is to reject Islam and its laws.
Thankfully, Islam and the Qur'an will be here to the last day preserved by the Almighty , he promised, and he never fails in his promise, but i guess Obama does.
