i doubt the tfg will be supplying weapons to khaatumo, not in the short term anyway.
what sherif will get is the votes of the khaatumo mps in the upcoming presidential election.
its a sort of quid pro quo agreement.

thats what it looks like to me, he is buying Khatuumo votes in exchange for this.

not only khaatumo. there are at least 5 prospective federal states negotiating with tfg.
big powerful states like pland s/l will weaken, while smaller weaker states will be strengthened by the emergence of a strong stable govt in xamar.
its like a political balancing act, and the abgal hold most of the cards right now.

abgal always break their necks trying to find a way to make darood (majeerteen) the most powerfull entity in any political system they come up with, the same is true for habargidir, but they have a more savage way of doing it.
