I don`t know about somaliland and puntland its for them to see how such atheory applies to them but as for marexaan,

If you look at jared diamond argument he explains that china was easier to unify and that left them in a static position compared to Europe where small kingdoms where warring each other and intern competing and out innovating each other.

The reasons I mentioned is the relevance of marexaan and ogadeen to the jared diamond theory that’s why I didn’t comment on somaliland puntland cases
