Somalia doesn't even have any major roads built after 1990 and there is not a single building over 10 stories high. Talk about underdevelopment.. None of Somalia's universities publish in reputable scientific journals nor are recognised by them either, while some of Ethiopia's universities do. Not to forget there is massive foreign investment in Ethiopia, while in Somalia it's only just diaspora folk trying to help out but not major corporations.
