I sincerely hope 90% of Reer Xamar Sade who are currently not residing in their properties, never return to their properties in Mogadishu, instead sell it all and move to Beledxaawo, Baardheere, Kismaayo and Caabudwaaq.

The remaining 10% should split into two sectors, 5% in the rent their homes out or transform larger villas into hotels, the other 5% reconstruct homes into warehouses or simply swap residential property for already build warehouses, for the sole purpose of goods from farms, seaport and airport can be packed and stored until they are transfered directly to Caabudwaaq.
