Seems like they used PL as a model without considering the dynamics of other areas! Thinking people will just accept it.

Greenday let's be realistic Abgaal will not be 3 different federal states because as it seem's Xamar will become a state on it's own state or join a state and the capital will be 1km carved out of Xamar while the two shabbeelas will form a state so mareeg iska iloow. As PM abdiweli said the people who're criticising the constitution, the majority of them have not read it

What does PM abdiweli say about Puntland drafting its own Constitution ?

^The Isaaq deputy PM was at the ceremony in Garowe after the drafting of the PL constitution. So Abdiweli and Sharif approve it, heck the Federal constitution is a lengthening line to the PL constitution lol

Bay and Bakool = 2

Shabeelada = 2

Mudug, Galguduud and Hiraan = 2.5

Puntland = 2.5

Well that Isaaq deputy PM is irrelevant here In his capacity of deputy prime minister he doesn't represent the sentiment of his tribesmen {us}. He is just one Isaaq guy , like I am . In fact I would even go as far as claiming to be more relevant than he is . You on the other hand appear to fervently support PM Abdiweli
So my question here is , why would the PM 's opinion matter to the habar gidir , when the prime minister of Somalia cannot remind the tribal enclave of his own people called Puntland the importance /ascendance of the Federal Constitution ?

I mentioned the PM because he was on point when he said the majority of those who rejected the constitution havent even read the constitution. Beesha HG rejected it and if you've listened to the clips posted, you will see they don't mention which articles they're against it nor do they give a detailed explanation.

Really , if Allah answers my wishes , the constitution of the majeerten { which is that of Puntland} and the constitution of the habar gedir{ which is yet to be made } won't matter at the end , they will have to create a new one that encompasses the both of them .

The Problem of the south is not short of regions or Gobolo, but short of contemplations, most of the eighteen regions in Somalia are located in south Somalia, anywhere south of Gaalkacyo is considered south Somalia and if you do the math that is 11 regions of the 18 regions, they have enough regions to make 4 regional governments, however 20 years of anarchy and mooryaanism and finally extremism canopy their eyes the importance of coming together and start the 2.5 regional government method.

Both Somaliland and Puntland have much smaller territory than south Somalia but fulfilled federal criteria to become regional governments only because they invested cooperation in their respective area while the south invested anarchy and isbaaro business.
