Everything the media writes about Al-Shabab is true according to you guys, but yet when you see video evidence of crimes committed people who belong to the same politic spectrum as yourself, you are quick to dismiss it as fake and propaganda
Oh please, why don't you guys just say it, you prefer Asaads dictatorship over what you fear will come after he is overthrown, what some of you may refer to as islamist.

Some of the tactics used by news media include...
using activist as journalist by using their recordings of staged/faked acts of war crimes.
Reporters faking gun fires during live reports to make it believe that the Syrian army is shelling the area.

there are tens of graphic videos about this issue on youtube including children shot by snipers and literally loosing half their face ... if this one is fake then all of them can just be propaganda too! maybe there is not even turmoil of any sort in Syria and this is all media!Enlightened~Sista wrote:I'm with 163 & Dr Yalaxoow. I rather believe that it's a fake video than believe that there are people out there who burried a human being alive while he should the Shahada. That is just sick.

LOL @ ''it might be fake''...talk about grabbing at straws. Why is it propaganda? Is Bashar not a murderous despot?
@ Executive...exactly. When it's shabab or Saudi Arabia...it's eff those backward wahhabis. Let some innocent muslims get mistreated and all of a sudden they want to be critical journalists.

Re: Buried alive for not saying "Bashaar is my God"
Now you are talking about Sharia. I think it would be an accurate estimate when I say at least half the people on SNet believe stoning is okay so yeah the fact that some woman is burried half way and stoned to death for zina or alleged zina, somewhere in the world, is less shocking than what happened to this man.
I am not saying it's fake I am saying that I'd rather believe it is.

There is a lot that we don't know, but the bottom line is that there is a lot to this so called "Arab Spring" movements. Using shock tactics to distract, misinform and confuse the masses is one thing the media has so far succeeded in doing as it paint the "revolutionist" as people fighting for a just cause when in actual fact they are nothing more than thugs, terrorist and mercenaries. Its only natural for one to feel sick after watching a human being getting buried alive regardless of his beliefs, but we shouldn't let pure emotion blind us to the reality of whats taking place in the middle east. And it ain't just about persecuted people fighting for freedom and democracy.
