I have no idea. Never been there. I think I just randomly googled something like "beach mosques" or "water masjid" and came across these images. If you are really interested in visiting you can try contacting the photographer who took the photos by going on flickr. There are links below the images. And see if you can find the contact info of the mosque by asking the the photographer and then contact the mosque and ask your question.

^ Enlighten-Sista, the Touba Masjid in Senegal looks amazing. The outside, with the marble floors and the lights sort of looks like Masjid Nabawi in Medina.
