If the modern world was not so civilized, we as Somalis would have been slaves all over the globe because of our innate hate for one another. In west Africa, ethnic communities fought and the losers/weakest were sold to the white man. If we were on that side of the world during that time, believe me we would have been selling each other based on clans. Now since we don't have a government and we shoot down every attempt to do so and we enjoy killing and bringing each other down, don't be surprised when others take advantage of us.

Sheikh Sharif probably feels honored that somalis are being taken as slaves by carabs. And why does it matter if the slaves are muslim or not? Clearly they don't give a fuck. Slavery is wrong no matter what it doesn't matter the deen of the slave.
