Djibouti is the only country with a Somali government that is recognized by the international community, so attacking Dj should warrant an automatic ban. Nope, I personally believe that North Somalis are naturally much smarter than South Somalis on a population level. Since North Somalis had to cope with harsher climates and had to develop ingenious methods to survive. This eventually led to genetic drift favoring more intelligent people in the North and less intelligent people in the South.

By the way, those so-called IQ figures for East Africa are simply estimates based on neighbors. They only actually tested Ethiopians and Kenyans, the rest of those countries were never tested. I'm fairly confident the average IQ in North Somalia is 30 points higher than that of the South.

although as a northerner I would love to stroke my ego and believe that I am smarter than my southern brethren, I know realisticly speaking that is not the case, southern somali are as capable , intellectually as any other group of people in the world, they just need to understand one another, and put down the weapons, inshallah, that will be my wish, if I am fortunate enough to experience lailatul qaadar this ramadan.
