I hear worst countries to learn arabic from are the khaliij countries. Places like Egypt, Jordan have excellent and cheap institutions that have very good intensive arabic programs. Fiqh, Saudi Arabia's official madhab is Hanbali, as a Somali who is Shafi'i, it's not the best option. Egypt Al Azhar would be better and has been doing it for much longer. Egypt is a great choice, as it is cheap, but poorly devoloped and a bit unstable.Talo alle udaa wrote:Abubaker, there are many sufis that study in saudi Islamic universities. You will learn language and fiqh.

I thought you wanted to study the deen..AbuukarSubeer wrote:Architecture man, just wanna slip a bachelors then go and build ma countrygrandpakhalif wrote:The world has enough Mullahs, trust me.
If you really want to study architecture the best place to study it is the UK, trust.. This is coming from someone who studied a very similar field..
But keep in mind architecture schools in the UK are extremely competitive as international students all flood here..

I'll be in Doha in a year or two inshallah, i told my father my plans , he supports me all the way, i might get lost but then hopefully you'll show me around. Akhi a few questions about the policies in Qatar, and the uni in doha.hyperactive wrote:come here man, is free and pay for expenses and tickets. i was beging fah but he didnt want it. lol
I read the courses and the programs in the Uni's website, but i'm still abit confused.
When they say the student will be sponsored by the university does that mean the trouble of going to visa offices and immigration offices are sorted out by them?
The only thing i have to pay for is the plane ticket to doha and the rest is free? including the Uni's accommodation and the fees of the university?
Is the University close to places like the city center, football stadiums , swimming centers and beaches?
WestLdnShawty, i'm currently trying to find a mosque here in london that i can learn some fiqh and aqeedah, i like the gulf experience i was there a year ago despite being in Bani Yas outside Abu Dhabi i had a wonderful time , the enviorment helps, its much easier to get your salahs in the bag then in london, not that much fitna around and i just love being in dhul muslim.
Damn , i want these 2 years to zoom past me
