TBH, cancer is a mericful way to die. You are expected to live in short amount of time, just do your best to prepare for aakhira as you know the general end of your life.

I sure do concur with u, with my 'astute mind' the science community could sure use my help. Just by my method of deduction i can lead them to a quick cure but that will defeat my deep, unhuman desire. I dont want cures of deadly disease found, it makes humanity feel complacent and all powerful. No, i enjoy this helplessness of humanity--this way, they will be closer to ALlaah swt . ALaaahu Akbaar.
Granpa, i also concur-- if u know u will die soon, better buckle up and aim for heaven.
PS: But note that-- your good deeds will not be as valuable as the muslimaah who does not know they will die soon. The reason Allaah swt does not want us to know when we will die is first, give us opportunity not to manipulate our obligations and two spare us from wories of death. Allaah swt is all merciful. Allaahu abkbaar.

Open Q: Hypothetically speaking of course, if you were to develop cancer, what would be your initial choice for treatments?

No takers, huh?

Re: A Virus That Kills Cancer
If it's a late stage malignant cancer I don't think toxicity would matter at that point;probably take all options- conventional: chemo, radio, maybe herbal meds.
You?

If it doesn't matter, why start with the deadliest choice?
Personally, chemo and radiation will never be an option for me. Knowing what it does, I've been questioning whether or not it's Islamically viable. High CBD cannabis oils and flowers are what I'll go for.

I was reading Steve Jobs Biography, he would have tried anything to survive.
Re: A Virus That Kills Cancer
Chemo and radiation would be the very last thing i do.I cant say i would never do tho.I have seen the desperation on cancer patients when they are declared palliative. When near death,u would swallow shit if it gives slightest chance of survival.

That's good for you. But, If you haven't had a loved one die from Cancer then you shouldn't give your opinion on it.Basra- wrote:I personally dont want Cancer or Aids cure to be found. Let what Allaaah swt has willed take its cause. Alaaahu Akabaar!

Alpha,
Because my body's dying as it spreads fast and time's short.
Tbh, I'd only go for these because they've been shown to work, plus it takes months to prove the efficacy of a drug on a patient; how would you know what dose to take and how many times?

If your body's dying, how can it stand the impact of poisons and radiation? Chemotherapy and radiation are not nearly as effective as most people believe and come with a high price. Any healthy person dosed with chemo and radiation would have permanently deteriorated health, if not worse.

Cannabis oil has been proven to work on various cancers and diseases, with zero negative side-effects. Essentially, the more you take the better the result.
If caught early, what would be your option?

Alpha: this Cannabis oil is new to me but after u mentioned several times i googled, so far it seems to be good.
One of the cannabinoids that has displayed amazing medical properties is cannabidiol, or CBD - a non-psychoactive compound that is regarded by some as the medical discovery of the 21st century, and with good reason. Research indicates that CBD can relieve convulsions, reduce inflammation, lower anxiety and suppress nausea, while also inhibiting cancer development. In addition, CBD has exhibited neuroprotective properties, relieving symptoms of dystonia and proving just as effective as regular antipsychotics in the treatment of schizophrenia.
