If you marry the second one without telling the first then you directly Opposed islamic law, offcourse if you are not muslim then this doesn't apply. you also need a reason and must know within yourself that you can and will treat both equally, if you are thinking i am spending most of my time with the new wife while visiting the old one less than its not according to islamic law.
