Lol self really sailor moon i remember that manga it was so rubbish sakura was even worse death note was all right the movie was way better than the anime .

Yes, as a young girl in grade school i use to run home after school to watch that show. Plus i rmb waking up 9 am Saturday mornings to catch my saturday cartoons. Which also included digimon

it was the 80s for me and i was less than 10 years old.
I remeber Grandizer, Racd al emlaq, Jungar, all the japanese mecha animes.
I remeber cadaan wa liina, this was some serious sci fi but we were children and it went over our heads, looking back i appreciate it.
I also remember the white lion, and ofcouree Astroboy.

I enjoyed battleship yamato, ghost in the machine, the movie Akira.
Gundman wing, the series Robo tech.

Appleseed, and cowboy beebop.

I loved the works of Osamu Tezuka, Astro Boy and Kimba the White Lion..

A lot of the aforementioned series are on my all time favourite list:

Monster, if you liked that you should also check any works by the legendary Urasawa (20th Century Boys is arguably his best work).
Great Teacher Onizuka (if you liked that also check Sexy Commando Gaiden )


But the number uno Anime and manga of mine is unequivocally ONE PIECE!

I loved old classic 80s anime. I can't think of an all-time favourite at the moment but I am watching galaxy express 999 at the moment.
