Cumar-Labasuul wrote:Murax, I believe so also. But you need to understand that the regions of Jubbaland are comprised of three large densely populated regions which cannot be wholly one-clan dominated for eg:
Gedo - is mainly settled by marexan with raxanweyn, garre and some jareerweyn
J Dhexe - by Biyomaal with jareerweyn (I believe this is their largest settlement in the jubbas), ogaden, gaaljecel, digil, sheekhaal, tuni, bajun and cawrmale
J Hoose - ogaden with marexan, bajun, tuni, cawrmale, sheekhaal, gaaljecel and many more clans in kismayo like harti and ceyr
You pretty much got it right. MR dominate Gedo but Raxanwein, Garre are present in Gedo although they do not make up majority in any district. They will get some representation in the maamul of Gedo.
Jubbada Dhexe's major town of Jilib Has a heavy Sheikhaal, Jareerweyne concentration which is why those clans will be represented.
Jubbada Hoose, Has Gaaljecel in places like Beerxaani, and Buurgaabo. You have Cawaramle in places like Buulo Xaaji. You have OG deep there and Biyomal in Jammame. MR in Jubbada Hoose comes primarly from Kismaayo. Bajuun are found in the islands off the coast.
Without Internet bravado, and pointless is jiid jiid, demographics wise this is what any sane person who does their research will come up with. Other Somalis think that just because a Federal State Has a administration that is formed according to majority other Somali citizens cannot live there, which is not the case at all. Anybody can live anywhere in Somalia, what we're talking about is the administration.
