I recall reading somewhere that a British army official said that if they hadn't arrived in Africa at that particular time, the Somalis would have gone as far as middle Africa :lol:

What about the Muslim golden age. The caliphate of Abbasid seated in Baghdad was the center of the world in leaning in science and math. Somalis or natives americans may or may not have retain their old customs, but who is to say the rest of the world eg: middle east and Eastern asia wouldn't have advanced technologically.It's not just Europeans(whites) who have contributed to world advancement but many nations.

I think hadn't the Mongols wiped out the Muslim libraries of knowledge, we might have advanced even further today.
