No unfortunately. Ma Xaqsoor ayaad meel u raadinaysaa ?. The Constitution explicitly says there should be no more than three national parties in presidential elections. Statistically speaking it is highly unlikely to have two parties with exact number of votes and elected members in these golaha deeganka doorashooyin. There will always be three clear winners.
