But I think he loved her despite her lack of the classic beauty of anglo Saxon, that he was used to. In the end of the poem, he basically said-- he loved her, though he also spoke for her when he declared his love must have been the best she ever 'belied'.

I'm not going to argue that there has always been a gender imbalance with regards to cheating. I'm not arguing against home wreckier being a gender term or that men aren't scrutinized as much... they still are and they are scrutinized when THEIR women cheat. Cause they were the problem for whatever reason.

However! What I'm observing is this tilt to where women can go ahead and cheat based on whatever desires she has and be seen as a victim. Thats just as wrong as a nigga cheating.

Women should be held to a higher standard.
Why?

Its because cheating goes against their nature, women are nurturing and tend to concentrate on one partner at a time,
while a man is programmed to spread his seed, i.e fuck anything that moves .
A civilized and religious man would have built up a strength of character and will power by the time he is an adult, education and culture plays a part. All this helps to stop succumbing to the natural urges every man is born with.

To make it short, a man has to consciously act to control his natural programming to screw as many women as possible,
he has to will himself to ignore the program that is running 24/7 in the background, no matter how much he loves his spouse and is devoted to her.

A women on the other hand has to consciously think about cheating, she doesnt have a program running her in her head 24/7 telling her to get banged by as many men as possible, the idea is alien to her, but they have urges and needs like everyone else.


This is why it is a far bigger deal when a women cheats..


but i dont blame the women for this though, i blame men.
allot of men do not know how to satisfy a partner sexually and emotionally,
you would be surpised how many women in a marriage that never had an orgasm.

no it is far far deeper than that, it has become more socially acceptable today yes, but even the most religious man who is chaste before mariage with a strong character and will power will feels it, its always there, it is a quite whisper for some easy to ignore. You need to be a man to understand.
Allot of men are either too weak to ignore it, or dont see any need to do so in the first place.
