There is no reason for a habar yoonis governer and mayor in Sanaag , its simple , and there is no reason for any province to have those 2 position by 1 single clan, this shit has to stop.

Now sanaag should have a habar jeclo governer, since they lost their deputy mayorship. Saaxil shouldn't have ciise muuse governer , mayor, too that should be changed. Zaylac should have a Ciise governer it always has been their land regadless of the migartion back and forth.

Samaroon took the mayor and deputy mayor and the governor of selel.. the President has to name the governor of selel ciise in order to keep the balance he will i think in the next coming days.
