Sorry mate but Ras Kibaki's boss, Yusuf Haji was ordered by Kibaki to stop their obstructionism. It was not a request but an order. Haji called Madoobe and in broken Sijue Somali, "Eeh... Ahmed, bal jooji buqa. Anaga tu taki fujo ama fitna, Jooji warka badan Ahmed, ..."

Nope he rejected the terms of the treaty hence his trip being short. The Kenyans are also under pressure from Washington to avoid any confrontation that will impact the war on Al Shabab.

Really though lets all call a spade a spade. All these Zoomali skinnies are nothing but slaves who serve foreigners whether kibaki, musevini, etc. There is no national Somali movement today.

Good question sav. It is possible the president offered the Kenyans something that they could not decline.

If this shows anything, it shows one thing and that is how powerless the president really is. Abdiwahab, inadverantly, of course, admits here that the President of Somalia had to appeal to a foreign president named kibaaki to fix issues that concern his own country. What does that say about him? that's really embarrassing to admit and what makes the whole thing even more deplorable is this, abdiwahab came running with the news as to demean and embarrass certain tribe but as everyone can see, this is much much closer to home.

Hey, it was the Ras Kibaki who started it all. Rejecting an official government of Somalia delegation and also AMISOM Mogadishu's military attache earlier in the month. The sudden change of heart shows rejectionism by Ras Kibaki will not work.

Losing Kismayo should come natural to you. Your HAG this, HAG won't set foot in Kismayo yada yada has suddenly disappeared. I fault Hassan Sheik for trying to reach out to Ras Kibaki when he should have spoken to Kibaki himself instead of a bunch of ill trained footsoldiers from Garissa and Godey.

Hassan Sheik tried talking sense to Ras Kibaki at the start. This resulted in Ras Kibaki becoming even more bellicous. So its natural to talk to the President of the Ras Kibaki contingent who were primarily Kenyans themselves.

The anger is strong with 252

Abdiwahab: You are overlooking the fact that the president had to appeal to foreign assistance to get that done. You accuse madoobe of being put to his place by kibaaki right? How about Hassan being so powerless in his own country, the very country that he leads, that he had to beg kibaki to fix the kismayo delimma for him? Don't choose to ignore on one side of the story while openly speculating on the other. If this shows anything, it shows that there is no real government in somalia which is itself odious and unfortunate. Continue propagating sxb.
