seriously on the level something needs to be done about the somali journalists, coz these fools are destroying the creditbility of somali journalism.

yes it is true that ten's of thousands of somalis are fleeing kenya back to somalia which i think is a good thing, but if you think for a minute that will cause an economical transfer from kenya to somalia, well then carry on using hiiraan or whatever else they are called as your source of information.

First of all this isn't anything new it happened before and will happen again not only in kenya but all over africa.
let me give you guys an example, from late 1960's up to late 80's there were some 4,000 somalis who lived in zambia mainly in lusaka and ndola and check this out, they all worked directly or indirectly for two famous somali families. from the 90's upto mid 2007 there were over 25 prominent somali campanies and 90% of the people that they employed were somalis whose population got the some 30,000. Do you know how the zambians dealt with this issue, they simply put a stop to issuing somalis work permits which simply meant these very wealthy families had little choice but to employ zambian workers and gues what, in less then 5 years 70% of the people these somali companies and even small businesses employed were zambians.

so just because there are thousands of skinnies fleeing kenya don't for one minute think that the rich somalis and their capital will be following and some of the somalis that live in kenya are so rich that they make the so called rich asian look like a chaiwala & one think i can see about this new goverment is that it's not doing a good job trying to persuade these investors to come home and invest in their country.
