That is freaking true. Googaraad is the best, leggings do not work. White/light color skirts/dresses in the summer are the biggest criminals. Room light isn't as bright, but when you walk outside with that dress/skirt and every guy you pass by is making eye-contact. A big huge sign that they have a good view of something precious.
