I agree its worth selling if you can. I am looking at expanding holdings in Garasbale & Dayniile to build vacation homes.
it is hard to keep 400k if you r not in business, never believed in hawala but you can invest it, there r number of stable Somali companies in the east africa as well as kenyan financial sector with some return,
Dayniile/Garasbaaley area specially the hills r a good prospect, i like the way Tropical village was designed.
