Judging from the context, I assume ha is murjin means don't kill yourself.

Based, no you're wrong...qisada waxay ku socotay wax kale marka anigu waxaan oo fasishay..ha is xumeyn amba ha werwerin..i dont know if i'm wrong or not.

The word Murjin is driven from MURUGO, but it is colloquial word. The correct way of saying don't be sad is Ha murugoon or Ha melwelin, not ha is murjin in my opinion.
I always knew Ruqey means Xamar in reer xamar dialect.

never heard of it, but i would guess Xamar is the old city while xamar Daye is the outskirts of the city, or the new districts built later, like London and Greater London.
