Jubbaland president is a Marehan state. The President will pick the mayors and I doubt Harti will be mayor. Not even Ogaden. Marehan or a Cawramale will become mayor of Kismaayo.

I know Ogaden baqbaqdooda...Ghandi is long gone the man is not even relevant...his own cousin Madoobe is result of that and many Ogs are against Madoobe because of this. They will never have the votes to win president against Marehan.

The president will be voted by reps allocated state and district...Marehan is the single largest represented clan per vote and with little allies from the alliances we have political alliance with like Cawramale, Gaaljecel, and others we can have a permanent ruling coalition per vote.

If the Kenyan generals were picking leader...maybe Madoobe will stand a chance but a process is picking this which we are helping lead with little political interference shown so far by Kenya.
