While the MBTI can sometimes seem insightful to people, they're not 100% true for 100% of people who take these tests. We are all individuals and differ, even within the same type. Also note that the description states "may have" and "if the INTP is not/has not" developed some sort of sense of specific place or cognitive function, then the following might be true for them. So since that portion clearly does not fit you, then that may because you have developed your sensing functions to a sufficient level, you may find that warmth and support come easily to you, and you may not have issues with social rebellion and other things.ofafrique wrote:This is BS.The INTP may have a problem with self-aggrandizement and social rebellion, which will interfere with their creative potential. Since their Feeling side is their least developed trait, the INTP may have difficulty giving the warmth and support that is sometimes necessary in intimate relationships. If the INTP doesn't realize the value of attending to other people's feelings, he or she may become overly critical and sarcastic with others. If the INTP is not able to find a place for themself which supports the use of their strongest abilities, they may become generally negative and cynical. If the INTP has not developed their Sensing side sufficiently, they may become unaware of their environment, and exhibit weakness in performing maintenance-type tasks, such as bill-paying and dressing appropriately.
Pretty much summed it up completely, haha.CushiticReflections wrote:While the MBTI can sometimes seem insightful to people, they're not 100% true for 100% of people who take these tests. Another possibility is that if your scores for some codes (ie. T and F) were close to equal, then you could be more F than T. That's just a possibility but if you're interested in knowing your type, it may help to read some short descriptions of the different types here to find out which you are most like.

I will check it out those enneagram tests.CushiticReflections wrote: actually very helpful when you have a lot of things to do.
lol I can understand that feeling. If you want to see personality typing that takes it to another level, check out the enneagram tests. It's more focused on one's internal world than MBTI, I think.Substance wrote:I recognize this. Reminds actual alot of me.Scary
The questionnaire might not have been very thorough but that's because I chose a test that was faster and simpler to take. There are more thorough tests out there that may provide more accurate results but they are usually longer. But since the description seems to fit so well, it's probably spot on.

Frank, decisive, assume leadership readily. Quickly see illogical and inefficient procedures and policies, develop and implement comprehensive systems to solve organizational problems. Enjoy long-term planning and goal setting. Usually well informed, well read, enjoy expanding their knowledge and passing it on to others. Forceful in presenting their ideas.

Somali by race and nature--(God forbid) are extroverts. Somalis are very unenlightened. I think, the more u r less educated, the more u will like to be an extrovert. Usually, people of high intelligence like to be introvert. Somalis like to socialize and copy each other. "SO-what is the latest trend? Have you NOT heard? China is the best thing now. All my children are there studying"
In the west--introvert-ness is encouraged.
In the West - or at least in North America, introversion is seen to be some sort of pathology in my opinion. I don't think there is a link between education and preferring extroversion. Although it does seem like introverts tend to be nerdy or bookworm-ish and there does seem to be many of them in higher institutes of learning, education does not change one's preference for extroversion or introversion, in my opinion. It really depends on the culture. Even when talking with those who have been in university for a while, who teach, or have PhDs, they often try to "change" me so that I lose my introversion.Basra- wrote:Cush
