I agree with what you writes and you have may good points BUT dont take resposibility away from us black africans we are too blame for many problems in our countries, look at the asian countries who was poor in the 60s and how they have developed, Africa has many enemies but we can also do alot to make pogress. We are not children.

I am in no way implying that Africans have nothing to do with what is going on in Africa. As I've stated, corrupted Africans are those who are able to obtain power. But one should never underestimate the many affects that the current international system has had and continues to have in Africa. Those who intend to do right by their people are often considered targets or enemies by foreign powers if their actions could potentially threaten their exploitation and power in other nations. And, in order for "Third World" nations to prosper, it is necessary to end such exploitation. Meanwhile, those whose actions cause chaos and destruction in these nations are armed and financed by these exploiters. Kind of difficult to create meaningful change when the system, both within and outside of your nation, is working against you and seem to have far greater access to useful resources and funds (due to outside help) than you do.

And I'm sure 2000 years ago the Romans and Greeks considered the northern Europeans as being inferior. Before that, Babylon was the height of civilization, while even the Greeks were primitive. And before Babylon was Egypt and Sumeria...You get the picture. Just because Africa is slow to progress doesn't mean they are intellectually slower. Different circumstances. Measuring IQ and comparing results to Africa is like comparing the results of a 12 yr old chimney-sweeper from Victorian London to that of a 12 yr old from Modern Seattle. Of course the second boy is going to score higher; he had better education and nutrition.

I think you are extremely 'Glib'. Your intentional pursuit to self delusions is extraordinarily disturbing. Who is talking about civilization? We are talking about the inferiority of race, NOT civilization. Yes, Romans were better civilized than the Nordics, Vikings, etc etc-- Yes The Egytians are once more civilized than the Yuhuds, etc etc ---Yes, the Greeks were amazing once upon a time. But here --the issue is--WHO is more lower than a black man? No one. Aesthetically speaking- blacks fair poorly. Dark skin that is not on demand, nappy hair that is difficult to maintain, mental culture that is victimhood, not to mention the proverbial, disagreeable attitude of black people that is atrocious. For some unexplained reason- hierarchy of race superiority was instilled on the human race--(and animal kingdom specie)- and sadly but realistically it is here to stay. JUST like the animal kingdom, hierarchy of specie serves a supreme purpose. A FUNCTIONING ORDER.

Yes a particular race can become inferior just like the Jews in Egypt in the time of Pharoah. This can only be relieved by knowledge. You asked who is more lower then a black man? well that depends on what the criteria is. If the criteria of being 'low' is based on hair then we can say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Mental victimhood is a conditon that is apparent and was in many other races not only black people, again, the people of Israel suffered such mental victimhood, to the extent many choose pharoah's customs and food over that of Moses, the Prophet who saved them. The issue of black and white is EUROPEAN MADE and is mainly based on the THEORY of Darwin. Survival of the fittest is a term that indicates that there must be a dominator and a dominated person or people. This in turn sets in action a way of thinking seen in people of our times. That some how Black people are far down the evolution ladder and must therefore be inferior to any race lighter then them.
