Fish isn't so bad, but the small bones put me off my meal most of the times.

We get proper smaller fish from a local asian supermarket, they cut it up and fillet it and you can just rub some spices on it and stick it in the oven :blessed:

To me Salmon is over done, especially living here in the Northwest where it is plentiful. I hate for Somalis to cook it because they 99% of the time just fry it up, it becomes hard and soggy from the oil. I rather have it steamed even though it can be some bland, but it goes great with the sides. The best is when you make it with sauces that complement it, and it still maintains it's form.
