What Al shabaab commit, they do out of tactic, strategy and the limitations of their strength. If they were to possess drones or warplanes, they would employ it instead of their current tactics and strategies. They have in the past engaged in conventional wars, but because they're outmatched and outgunned, they've adapted and began to engage in assymetrical warfare. If a technologically advanced alien race were to invade your country, you can be sure that your fellow Americans would engage in Al shabaab's tactics and strategies in order to compensate.Basra- wrote:misterioso
So are u telling me that when Al shabaab commit suicide bombers-- they do it out of other causes other than Allaah swt/Islam religion? Do not YOU think that AL SHABAAB are religious warriors? Or do u think they are merely a black panther type? Renegade rebels?
Sure, Al shabaab are religious warriors, but they do not claim to represent or speak for Allah. They claim to be Allah's servants and fulfill His commands and orders.
misterioso---- I think being a servant of Alaah swt and serving his commands is the same as speaking for Alaaah swt. But since semantics really matters to u-- I will compromise and say-- fine--Al shabaab are servants of Alaaah but still my arguments holds: Al shabaab are misguided and only think of one world view, and that is the delusions that they are 'serving' Alaah swt and not their humanistc needs. If u ask me-- al shabaab are serving their own selfish needs. Alaaah swt is mistakenly and abusively used here.
