Nop, faking ancestry is prohibited in Islam. If they do not know, it's best if they remained quiet.

Whosoever claimed parentage/ancestry which is not really his knowingly; paradise is forbidden for such a person -Al-Bukhari

Do not deny your parentage. Whosoever distances himself from his real ancestry, because it is kufr -Al-Bukhari

,
look at this retard, I know my ancestry lineage each name fully until that Arab, my nasab is intact so that hadith doesn't apply.

Granpa, when did you become misterioso? Was I even addressing you? Another annoying multinicker. :|

All you have done is memorize the names of some men, you along with the rest of the Somalis suffering from identity crisis.

This issue needs deep study, historically and genetically rather than any personal observations, with all due respect. You must remember that the people who, according to their claim, came to Somalia as Arabs were themselves mixed with Persians and Habeshis and Europeans because Islam had Advanced to many countries. For example, I think Hassan or Hussein married a Persian Princess and their kids would have her DNA partly. The Yemeni people were colonised by many Empires with different looks.
Can the lineage of a man be preserved while his offspring reach a large number, yes it can. Allah is Doer of whatever He wants but still it should make sense. I agree that some the numbers don’t add up.
Some tribe could have never reached that amount of population. This can be explained by the fact that tribes form alliances to survive. To many of us their disappointment I must say that they are not originally Quresh not even Darood but Originally Ethiopian. Somalis have a system for this and know within themselves who is ‘original’ and who is not. But the question who is Ethiopians arises?
Some say the reason why people in East- Africa have such feature is because Semites and Berbers have been coming there to trade, marry and eventually live since the time of Ibrahim (AS) through the Red-sea and from Egypt explaining the shared non sub-Saharan looks ; not only Semites but Indians and Chinese.

All I am saying is it is not a strange thing for a lot of people to claim Arab origin in Somalia. Better yet most East-Africans are tainted with a trace of this origin, at least.

E-V12 is also eurasian!! which is 81 % of all somalis..

Most of us are Muslim and know their parents and I definitely know my father and what clan he is and my mother. My father knows who his father is and even who his grandfather is etc, etc. No one needs proof for this at least not me. I guess that is what makes an Arab an Arab: preserving his lineage his/her regardless of changing times, genes or political situation but forming Alliances and living with others.

Am not insulting you, your forefathers invent this for political reasons, and for nothing else..

But if they knew that the NeXT 500 generations believe this, they would have not done this.. they would have told you the truth!

Ab iyo isir! is the true parents of the somalis.. Go to thebes the city of the Capital of the firuans today, and take a blood test of them, you will find most closed related to somalis amongst them in the entire world..

The Question is than, how the hell did we end up in, the horn of africa.. the assyrians Kings will tell you that after they invaded ancient egypt 2600 years ago 200.000 fled South of the nile on the same corridor the beja people live on today.. and the beja people are also great link to all this as well..
