I guarantee you a Puntlander will not sit on that bullshit seat for the next decade, and for good reason. Correction he didn't get the PM position solely based on 4.5 but also his qualification. Plus there is no where in the constitution it states that either Hawiye or Darood have to hold the two Top spots. For all we know next time it might be Digil president with a Dir PM. Hassan sheekh right hands are the dam jadeed wich is dominated by one religious subclan who secured the relationship with qatar and the gulf arabs. Thus, they will have the second position in jubbaland under the raaskamboni clan.... Saacids big mistake was not acting as the second leader that has his own initiatives, he could have secured both his subclan and much of his clan.
