It is has nothing with clan, you're the only one screaming clan in this topic. Go do the research for yourself, it has been posted here before how
the government of Somaliland gave permits for exploration to the company headed by Mohamed Yuusuf Ali Gurey, he invited Jacka resources,
A joint company of Petrsoma and Jacka headed by the Australians, Genel also brought shares in Block 26 when they found out it is one of the
prospective petroleum areas in Somaliland. BBC News English also posted how Mohamed Yuusuf Ali Gurey was investing $40 million
in the petroleum exploration in Somaliland, now are you going to scream the BBC is owned by HY  . Just because you have been
living under a dark hole, doesn't mean everybody is like that Mr pessimistic.

You sure do know how to whine, you remind me of those that you use to laugh and mock at the thought of petroleum exploration in Oodweyne and today
they are nowhere to be found they have run with their tail between their legs like dogs. At least those men are doing something for their deegaans. What
do you do, other than whine?

First of all stop the silly "xayaysiis" no one man can bring a decent oil compnay , Jack Resources were in Puntland for years, and again who is this so called Xuseen to sign agreements and give blocks away, he is nothing but another speculator , i don't care what tribe he is from, what i asked and every decent somalilander should ask beyond the glitter and this glamour boy , is what agreement these companies sighned and who owns what and what perceantage and how come till now it never been revealed to the somaliland citizens. thats what ought an educated man should aske.

There was no Jacka in Puntland. You're mistaking it with Red Emperor Resources and Range Resources , they are two different companies from Australia.
Some of the team leading Jack Resources such as Justyn Wood were involved in the discovery of 1 billion barrels of oil in Uganda's Albertine GraBen. The
agreement between Petrsoma, Jacka Resources and Genel is Petrsoma of Mohamed Y. Ali Gurey and Jacka own 50% share of the block 26 and the
rest Genel Energy a company which is worth a $billion in capital, they are financing the first well to be drilled in 2014. All that data is not hard to find, it is
available in their websites.

Somaliland is taking at least 30,45%. Mohamed Yusuf alone holds 20% of the share of the billion dollar exploration to be carried out in early 2014 through his
petrosoma company which he is a CEO of. Let's just say the inhabitants of Oodweyne have got it a far better deal than what Berbera got with Ophir Energy.

I am from Sanaag , the building of a port in Maydh will directly benefit the communities I hail from economically and other Sanaagians. Hence I am a big
supporter of it, I don't believe in relying on Berbera or Bosaso. My herds of camels will taken from the Bancade plains and be shipped from Maydh, no
long journeys to Berbera or Bosaso.

The inhabitants of Oodweyne will benefit, the CEO of Petrosoma and Jacka resources already stated if oil is discovered in block 26, many of the profits
will be used for development purposes in this region. Do you think they will allow not to get their share while oil is being taken from their land, use your
logic, they will stand in the way if they are not satisfied and feel marginalized like the Caynabo group. As for the other regions, beggars can't be choosers,
it is Mohamed Yuusuf Ali Gurey that invested £40 million in the exploration out of his pocket not Siilaanyo's administration or Hersi Gaab. Other Somaliland
regions will get a smaller share but top priority will be Oodweyne.

Unlike you I am realistic and don't live in fairytales. I recognize the tribal, regional factors in issues like this. Waba ninka ku leh buuraha ma clan ba leh,
haada ma Jiin ba lahan laaha.

Mohamed Yuusuf is a native son not some foreigner, whatever he gets, Oodweyne will get it. Just like how the inhabitants of Maydh and other areas
shall benefit from the port.

Native in the HY sense, Oodweyne people don't care about what sub sub sub clan he is after HY, just the fact he's HY is enough for them when
it comes to investments.

so he is a native of Oodweyne and he is allowed to rob the people of Oodweyne and take 20% and his compnay another 50% , thats 70% and the entire people of Somaliland including all the Habro only take 30%... is that your tribal formula?? 1 man takes more then 1 million h.y ?? thats some sickk clannist logic so shove it upi your clannist arse because it doesn't make any faken sense at all.
