Actually one cannot compare Caabuqwaaq and Hargaisa. Although Caabudwaaq is a FAST growing city and stabilized very much compared to many cities...it still cannot compete with the SECOND biggest city in Somalia. Hargaisa is more populated and more financially stable. Alx for that actually...I'm not jealous, in fact wallahi I'm happy for the fact. What about Hargaisa? I feel like there r a lot of positive things about it. For example, many injured/ill people are taken to Hargaisa hospitals for treatment from all over Somalia. So seems like they are very open minded and welcoming. Masha allah. My awoowe was actually treated there alx,

My ayeeyo left Qardho to be treated there 3 months ago, but she had eye problems so they couldn't help and advised Malaysia. So it is an open city, also Somalilanders are not extreme in nature, they may be open about qabiil but in a harmless manner.

Hargeisa is a nice spot with a large diaspora community, so yes, Hargeisa too.

Cairo doesn't look very promising. I would actually feel safe for my siblings being in Somalia than in Egypt. Just last week, a university student in Kent University was killed in Ciaro in a rally. He was stabbed to death while he was observing what was going on....
