EXACTLY! THE FACT OF THE MATTER IS THAT: FIRST, ZIMMERMAN WENT AFTER THE KID WHO WAS NO THREAT TO HIM(UNARMED). SECONDLY, AM ALL FOR DEFEND YOURSELF IF YOUR LIFE IS IN DANGER i.e. someone with a gun is about to kill you, you then should defend yourself if you have a gun, but this kid was unarmed even if the so called physical altercation he had with the teen as he claims is true why not shoot the teenager on the arm, leg, but no he had to clearly go for the heart. Now that is definately cold blooded murder!!!

Of course he was gonna get off. The proof simply wasn't there to convict him of the crime he was accused of. The prosecution even knew it.

We know Zimmerman did it, but there's a point in time in what happened that the prosecution couldn't prove. That's why he got off.

This is why guys always need to either be caught in the act or caught confessing. You see it all the time. Burden of proof is a mother effer.

so its ok to approach, profile and kill unarmed teenager? it doesn't matter if you get beaten up after you asked for it, you cant claim self defense
you approach and take the matter into your own hand while 911 operator told you not to do so, its sad that lots of blacks got 20plus years in jail, for petty drug crimes and this guy get away with murder!

Zimmerman dead man walking, but you can't claim 'self defence' when you were stalking/chasing and shot dead an unarmed teenager .

Plus he should have at-least gotten Manslaughter.
