Uh, how did I forget Chomsky? He came to my city 2 years ago for an Edward Said Memorial Lecture & I made sure to not miss that life-time opportunity (as the man is old now and we don't know for how long he'll be with us). One of my all time Western academician who is not a sheep for his government's propaganda & is not afraid to expose its imperial ambitions.

There's a friend that I introduced to Chomsky books several years before & luckily he (his uni invited Chomsky) called me & told me that he was coming here or I would have missed it myself.
