I`m not gonna argue the toss as to the capacity of Al Shabaab to terrorize the entire south.
That would be like arguing with a child.

The issue is that this criminal government is soft on terrorism, mainly because its ranks are full of Shabaab sympathizers, collaborators and financiers.
Don`t come with that crap about executing all warlords. The warlord era is long over.
Somalia has an ongoing terrorist crisis where people are being massacred every other day.
Your justifying a climate of impunity for terrorist killers...."because the warlords are free". :snoop:

So only Al Shabab can be charged?

everyone else who committed crimes back then you dont care about? You want a statute of limitations? So what if its long over? Equal treatment for all. You cant treat war criminals differently. No to selective justice.

I am against Hassan Sheik from straying from the Path of HAGISM. He appeased the Jebertis in the South. Mr. Asha Haji is consorting with the Northern Jebertis. Hassan Sheik funds a bloated government teeming with NonHAGites using HAG sourced funding. Why must HAG taxpayers fund Political Carpet Baggers from Somaliland, Puntland ? We need to focus on the core: HAwiyedom because a peaceful, progressive Hawiyedom is good for Somalia as a whole.

Sadly, Hassan Sheik has become an appeaser and will pay a hefty price for it. To save his political ambition, he must focus on:

1. Ensuring the creation of 3 Hawiye federal units: 1 in Central Somalia, 1 in Middle Somalia and 1 in Southern Somalia
2. Deploying 40% of the aid to Hawiyedom, 25% to D&M, and 25% to the Southern Jebertis and 10% for Somalilanders and 0% for the Somalidiids.
3. Establish a Hawiye lead and organized Muqabarat service which report directly to him and have operations targeting enemies of the state locally and overseas. They should receive steady funding directly from the government coffers and establish bounties for enemies of the state. Their operations should not be overseen by anyone except the director and the President. They should be given free hand to eliminate AS, AS funders, etc.
4. Continue to ignore the Somalidids and while placating the Somalilanders provided they continue to focus on containing the SOmalidid.

So far Hassan Sheik has been all smiles and no snarls, its time for him to get down to business instead of being comical.

You have the same mentality as Puntlanders. 'Its all about Me me me, my clan my clan, I lead, I lead' <<< That mentality. The days of tribalism has died, get used to it. Work towards prosperity and unity dude. Oday weyn baad tahay and HAGism been beenta ah meesha la taq.

With the exception of Ministerial positions and army commanders, the rest of the positions were nominated to few (interest- group) clans, properties are still occupied by mooryaans, security-wise, we 've seen already. Your denial of Hamar- weyne being, Xamar cadcad, dominated area is another proof of injustices in this Government. Keep on preaching Culusow Gospel.

Its very simple: You have the die hard Gov haters who hate based on nothing but qablaayad reasons. You have the staunch Gov supporters, who say this Gov is perfect and can do no wrong and a lot of this is motivated by clan.

Personally I think the truth is this Gov has major, major issues and questions to answer however being a mucaarad is stupid and serves no purposes now.

Btw, how will this aid be distrubuted to the regions and to whom will this aid be entrusted to?

A non-Abgaal supporting the Government is a true Wadani.

Afcourse the government has many issues seeing that Somalia was stateless for over 20 years. We starting from scratch. Things will be slow and there might be few corruption. But the real obstacles are the spoilers. Spoilers are those Somalis and non-Somalis that do not want to see Somalia to have a full functioning government with it's own army. Somalis don't see it themselves but they are really the enemy of themselves. What will clan A or B get out of with spoiling the government? These Jaahils don't know they gain more economically and sharaf for having a government that is functioning.

The regions will gain from the new deal. Every degmo must have it's own police office, a hospital, a school, water access. All this will be built in every single degmo that is not controlled by Al-Shabaab. Now Al-Shabaab free area will mostly benefit from this. Also infrastructure will be one aspect all regions will get from this new deal. China has agreed to built a motor way from Burco to Gaalkacyo. Seeing that Al-Shabaab control most of the rural areas of Southern Somalia, China cannot build the road downwards from Gaalkacyo.
