As Osab said Somalia is not a position to join EAC because we don't have a function economy and when you allow free movement of people and goods then you will not have the revival do local industries . Wat is more government of Somalia will rely tax on goods imported, if Somalia become member of EAC the government will lose.

Not really, since the somali community in Kenya and Uganda are largely businessman who contribute more than criminal benefit scrounging eastern Europeans. If all the somalis left Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania, those countries would be fcked.

You're mistaken. Swahili is spoken in South Somalia by many people, like the Bajunis. Also, millions of Somalis who live in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda have learned it. Also, many Snetters (BV, Abdiwahab, The_Patriot, sh. Mustafa and others) speak it.
