maya sister, not sir is normal marriage with decumented but women just given up her rights. is really getting out of hands these days. the thing is marriage in islam is civil marriage. is whatever they agreed both people and funny thing is cause economical problem with men and women fiancial dependance. is more spread now in khaliijka. they come to court , they already claiming they amrried. all you can ask is her father or brother to confirm and you can legalize! any one can marry them and all they need if they want decumntation to come to court and we give them whatever date they want that tehy claim they married with of course withness .

well, that kind marriage i metioned they call it misyar ( litterally, comes " from tayseer, seryan" so means woman lives in her own place, and guy just goes back an forth when ever she needs or asked him to come. marka no marriage house that they both live. so yeah it is verbal and the only thing authority tried to protect is, if there is a kid/pregnancy. but if they ask to recorded they can record in the court. but many do not and when she changes her mind to want her rights. wa la is fura.

again as far is legality in the courts. is regular mariage that you can have sex and if kids come you responsibile. so yeah that sense is like common law in the west.

adali, misyar i know and deal with it in the courts, is not temporary. is just marriage, woman doesnt ask masrouf or support. and man is free to come when even he wants.
