Stay alive and do the walk of shame to the gym actually the walk there is life affirming, it's the walk back that's humbling I am still in shock at how lugaha i jareynaayen going down the stairs

Pain renews itself everytime. Even when you're consistent in excersizing, the pain feels like it's the worst you've ever felt.
