quite the opposite, it makes you stronger as it improves joint health, if you run with good form and have a good pair of running shoes it should be fine to run every day, just listen to your body.

if you have joint problems or you're over-weight then of course the impact on all your lower body joint is going to destroy you.

swimming is also a superb work out for the whole body, infact running and swimming are the top 2 work outs for strong healthy body.

One should be weary of buying into the myths of the modern capitalist six pack industry. Obsessive compulsive disorders and self esteem issues masquerading as bodybuilding can inadvertently lead to mental and physical health problems. A somalian with skinny legs and gigantic biceps could damage the somalian genepool in the future. We may see children with elongated foreheads, skinny spaghetti legs and huge biceps, a kind of permanent genetic deformation,if one would describe it as that.i am baasto "caato" unit.
