Youngsters meet up to chill...chat etc....all pretty normal stuff.

Are they having sex?.....some of them maybe.
They`re also having sex in Afghanistan...Somalia...Saudi etc.

If she`s old enough to know what she`s doing....let her make her own choice.

True, but it's different if they congregate somewhere regularly and if shit pops off regularly.

Age is a great discriminator. If I saw my 18-20 year old lil cousins I'd send them home, if I saw my 21+ cousins I don't have a problem. Even the guys I'd be asking them what they are doing there.
