True, but it's different if they congregate somewhere regularly and if shit pops off regularly.
Age is a great discriminator. If I saw my 18-20 year old lil cousins I'd send them home, if I saw my 21+ cousins I don't have a problem. Even the guys I'd be asking them what they are doing there.
