Eastern Togdheer is inhabited by Isaaq. Sool and Sanaag is inhabited by Isaaq and other clans aswell.

Dhulbahante and Warsangali inhabit in Hargeisa, Burco and Berbera too.

They don't but Isaaq live in Sool and Sanaag.

that parliament looks more legitimate than what they have in mogadishu. somaliland should've and still can take advantage of the turmoil in the south by bring a case to make hargaysa the capital of the somali federal republic and i have no doubts they'll win that case.

it is more legitimate it was chosen by the people while the somali parliment was selected by corrupt elders.
