Heres another video about race and IQ by none other than Rageh Omaar a highly regarded Unionist.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ao8W2tPujeE
The vid highlights east Asian value on education and how they place it at the pinnacle of all their endeavors.
However African Americans (working class people in a middle class institution), due too broken families and thus non existent or broken child rearing practices fall behind and lose this work ethic to strive. Parents can't push children to succeed like in other cultures.
The schooling system a secondary step of socialization, a step very likely to determine your life path.
Posterity reproduces itself, when two non educated people procreate the damage is done and posterity (children) inclined to fail.
Tanker, Viet achieved what they have because they implemented strategic economic reforms. Somalia could granted we actually wanted peace and prosperity.
500ml, your welcome in my fiefdom.

In 1986, it was concluded by a new group of more liberal socialist party leaders that reforms which consisted of six major economic policy changes (Doi Moi) could help Vietnam come out of its economic crisis. These six new policies were:
The decentralization of state economic management, which allowed state industries some local autonomy (Murray 1997:24).
The replacement of administrative measures by economic ones, including a market orientated monetary policy, which helped to control inflation (Murray 1997:24).
Adoption of an outward orientated policy in external economic relations; exchange rates and interest rates were aloud to respond to the market (Murray 1997:24-25).
Reliance on the private sector as an engine of economic growth (Murray 1997:25).
Agricultural policies that allowed for long term land use rights and greater freedom to buy inputs and market products.
Letting state and privately owned industries deal directly with the foreign market for both import and export purposes (Murray 1997:25).
These six new policy reforms led to drastic changes in Vietnam's economic foreign relations. These changes have also had good and bad results that are recognizable.
I'm glad you now have retracted your sub human statements and accept the equality of the races. Later will come reversion

I feel sorry for poor naive slave of Johnson.
He doesnt realise that the system is rigged in favour of the establishment.
If you want to work twice as hard as whitey to get ahead in life. Good for you there is nothing wrong with work.
The asians however like most new immigrants know that the system is rigged ane they know how to get ahead.
Its a combination of hard work and cheating. You would be surprised at how asian play the system.
Every system even the status quo of western domination Has its flaws and security holes.
Think of it as cracking/hacking and you will get ahead.
For example I admit I am of average intelligence but I breezed through college working half as hard as most people while getting better results. Its been the same with climbing the corporate ladder I work even less.
Itw given me the time to attempt half a dozen get rich schemes and alhamdulilah one of them has worked,
Making me no longer working class but what fox news calls the job creators
I still sympathize with the little guy and I have nohing but scorn for the establishment.

Starkast, the Chinese and Indian community in Canada is older than the nation itself. Try again
Gurey25,
You are talking to the master cheater who just 2 hrs ago went through over 100 gasoline receipts I collected from a friend who works at the gas station so my father can use to deduct from his taxes. I don't follow the rules and I am well aware of how to use the system to my advantage. Listen don't make excuses. The Somalis and Africans are already master cheaters, maybe they can be master workers as well to achieve their goals. There is no need to work twice as hard as whitey. This is another comment you people love to throw around. Just work hard and you'll get whatever you want and feel free to cheat your way. I've done it a billion times. You still have to work hard though. Simply cheating with little work will not get you anywhere. Nothing comes to you without time and effort. But you people need to stop this white blame game.
I am,
Abdi "I condone cheating more than you do" Johnson
