Alpha Group are specialized units. Their job is similar to the Special Activities Division of the CIA. They are part of NISA the intelligence service & upon information they move against their targets. Hopefully, one day the entire military will gain similar training & equipment. About securing Mogadishu, not sure about your information. Mogadishu is secure and open for business that's why you see the ongoing unprecedented economic revival. Let's not compare Puntland situation with Xamar. Galmudug is secure too and so is Ximin and Ximaan and I don't see them parading or using skate boarders either. Ultimately, Mogadishu's security circumstances are unique like the rest of the south. So it's pointless posting pictures of skateboarders with AKs & then use them to make statements against Mogadishu.
