Not all regions represent a certain qabil, there are many diverse regions. Also there are many IDP's throughout Somalia that hail from different clans you dumbass. You can find thousands of Hawiye, Daarood and Raxanweyn in Hargeisa etc.

Also these census are not from any elections, and in no way was there any election in Southern Somalia including Puntland. Regards to the election in Somaliland it doesn't tell us the population of certain qabils and neither did it give us the right census of the population.

These census are estimated by the UN and other foreign organisations.

I've driven from Hargeisa to Bossaso to Gaalkayo. Its nothing but empty lands apart from settlements and cities. A better question would be how can we utilise our vast lands.

Somali lands is mostly rural, about 65%. Food for thought to the question.
