Sureer Abshir is the sister of General Max'ed Abshir Muse, the former policeman who was a leading member of the SSDF. Why would she be a representative of the govt whilst her own brother was a rebel? Hodan is right btw, she is a "community leader" in London nowadays. She helps Somalis deal with immigration and welfare, her office is in Paddington...

Alot of people defend Siad Barre, people always assume Mareexaan are the only people. But I know many Hawiye, other Daaroods, minorities, Reer Xamars even Raxanweyne!
