Honestly I've heard almost all of those different words/phrases , both the ones used by reer Konfur & reer wooqiye. Even If I don't use them i'd understand their meaning. Words like Suuli, Qaado, even words like timaaha iifeeray which in non-wooqiye accents would literally mean iron my hair I would get.
This is why I will never understand when people say they don't get a particular accent of standard Somali. The only accent I ever found difficult to understand was the accent one guy posted in here sometime ago was speaking, it seemed like a mixture of may-may and standard Somali. People over estimate how diverse Somali is. A person from Djibouti can easily still understand a Reer Garissa despite the huge distance between them geographically.

I've never heard of things like Malqacad before.
You know what's interesting. Although milix isn't the term for salt in central regions, milix means sour so it's not hard to figure out. Like if someone said "where's the milix" it would be understandable but if they said "can I have a malqacad" I'd be like "you what?"
